Because of this I feel that I can confidently see where an athlete/team is and train them for the next level of play both mentally and physically."

Is addition to her coaching experience, Terin has over 20 years of playing experience. Terin played for Sam Barlow High School and at Mt. Hood Community College, where her team won the NW Association of Community Colleges Championship (NWAC) in 2006.  As an adult player, in 2014, Terin competed in the USA Volleyball Adult National Championships in Arizona.  Terin and her husband, PT, have had great outdoor volleyball success as well.  In 2012 they were the champions of the Annual Seaside Sand Tournament in their co-ed doubles division. When Terin is not coaching she enjoys being with her family and her two daughters Adelynn and Brynleigh. Her oldest daughter Adelynn has begun to show a love for the sport and is following the family footsteps. When we asked Terin about her daughters playing volleyball She said "It's really special to see my daughter enjoying a sport that brought me so much joy as a young athlete and as an adult." Their youngest Brynleigh also loves to play volleyball with mom and dad. When they are not in the gym Terin and her family enjoy being at the lake paddle boarding and kayaking.
